MIL-DTL-52869C
APPENDIX A
TEST METHOD 3 - Continued.
c. Apply four 40 ms bursts of test signal within a 15-second period.
The oscilloscope shall indicate an alarm on the fourth burst. The alarm
duration shall be 1.0 ±0.5 seconds.
2.3
Alarm output.
a. With equipment connected as in step 2.1a, apply 30 (+0, -0.3) Vdc
through 2.7k ohms and the ammeter to processor terminals TB1-1 and TB1-2 and
connect dc voltmeter across these terminals.
b.
Repeat step 2.2b.
c. In the no-alarm state, ammeter shall indicate at least 10 mA,
demonstrating 10 mA capability and resistance less than 150 ohms.
d. Momentarily interrupt 20 Vdc power, causing PUS to alarm. Voltameter
shall read 30 (+0, -1.2) Vdc, demonstrating 30 Vdc hold and resistance greater
than 100k ohms.
